AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a part of an east and west alley, within j
the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas. j
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. The east 95 feet of the east and west public alley adjacent to Lots
20, 20, 27, 28 and 29, Block 13, Pacific Addition in the City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas, be and it is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the alley hereby vacated shall revert to the adjoining land

as provided by law.

Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
