AN ORDINANCE repealing Subsection 22 of Article 1 of Chapter 13, Revised Ordinances
of the City of Salina, Kansas, 1948.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Subsection 22 of Section 13-102, Revised Ordinances of the
City of Salina, Kansas, 1948, be and it is hereby repealed.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its publication once in the official city paper.
