AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of certain streets and utility easements
in the City of Salina, Kansas, and repealing Ordinance Number 5874•
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That all streets, utility easements and other lands dedicated
to public use in Banker Addition to the City of Salina, 1,4ng south of the south
line of Crawford Street and west of the west line of U. S. Highway 81 By -Pass,
excepting nevertheless, that certain utility easement set astride the south-
westerly line of Block 2 and the northwesterly line of Block 3, in said addition
be and they are hereby vacated.
Section 2. That said portion of said streets and utility easements so
vacated shall revert to the adjacent property as provided by law.
Section 3. That ordinance Number 5874, be and it is hereby repealed.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
