AN ORDINANCE granting permission to change the frontage of certain lots and pieces
of real estate, being a part of Country Club Heights Addition No. 2, an Addition
to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Replat of a part of Country Club Heights Addition No. 2,
an addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, being a replat of all of
said addition except Blocks 1, 2, 3, 7, and 11 in Block 1; and Lots 1, 2 and 3 in
Block 2 of said Addition, and the changing of the frontage of the following described
lots within the said part of Country Club Heights Addition Number 2:
Block 1 -Lots o, 8, 10 and 12 are changed and Lot
13 is eliminated;
Block 2 -Lots 4 through 9 are changed and Lot 10
is eliminated;
Block 4 -Lot 1 and Lots 5 through 9 are changed
and Lot 10 is eliminated;
all as originally platted as portrayed on the original plat of Country Club Heights
� Addition Number 2, the original plat thereof having been filed in the Office of
Register of Deeds of Saline County, Kansas, November 3, 1952, as prayed for by
petition filed by the Salina Country Club Development Company, a corporation, is
hereby approved and allowed and the replatting thereof under the name, aforesaid, is
hereby approved.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the Register of Deeds of Saline
County, Kansas, the fact of the passage and publication of this ordinance upon the
plat of the replat of part of Country Club Heights Addition Number 2, an addition to
tae City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, as provided by law.
Section 3. It is specifically found that the public interest and convenience
will in no way be prejudiced by the change in frontage herein approved.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and bd in full force from and after
its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
