AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of certain streets and utility easements
in the City of Salina, Kansas:
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That all streets, utility easements and other land dedicated to public
use, lying south of the north line of Block 1 in Banker Addition to the City of
Salina, excepting, nevertheless, that certain utility easement situated astride
the southwesterly line of Block 2, and the northwesterly line of Block 3 in said

addition, be and it is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That said portion of said streets and utility easements so vacated
shall revert to the adjacent property as provided by law.
Section 3.' That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
