AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance 5549 and the Zoning District,
Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property within)
the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof.
WERFAS3 all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map and the
rezoning of certain lands within., hereinafter described has beentimely complied with; and
SO NOW, THERE M.'
BE IT URDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina., Kansas:
Section 1. AMMEHM., DISTRICT "B",, Second House Dwelling District. That the
Zoning District map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as ai
part of Ordinance Number 5549., be and it is hereby amended so that the following described','
property as follows., to -wit.,
Lot 14., 153 16, and 17 in Block 1, Pershing Heights Addition
all in City of Salina., Kansas.
shall become a part of District "B",, Second House Dwelling District. That the use of
said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limit-
ations as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the
Second House Dwelling District., as aforesaid.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in -full force from and after its adoption
and publication once in the official city paper.
