AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 5549 and the Zoning
District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain
property within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map and the
rezonhg of certain lands within, hereinafter described has been timely complied with;
and SO Nal, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. AMENDMENT, CLASS "B", SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. That the Zoning'
District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part
of Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described
property as follows, to -wit:
Lot 19 on the corner of Republic and Osborne, a part of the
Addition to the Grounds of Kansas Wesleyan University all in
City of Salina, Kansas.
shall become a part of District "B", Second Dwelling House District. That the use of
said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limit-
ations as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the
Second Dwelling House District, as aforesaid.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force from and after its adoption..
