ORDINANCE NUMBER 5856

AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendmentcf Zoning Ordinance Number 5549 and the Zoning
District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property
within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map and the
rezoning of ceitain lands within, hereinafter described has been timely complied with;
and SO NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. AMENDMENT, CLASS "D", LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the Zoning District
Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordi-
nance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property as
follows, to -wit:
Lot Three, (3) Block Forty-six (46) in Military Addition all in City
of Salina, Kansas.
shall become a part of District "D", Local Business District. That the use ofsaid
described property shall be subject to all the oonditions, restrictions and limitations
as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Apartment
j District, as aforesaid.

Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force from and after its adoption
and publication once in the official city paper.
