AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a certain public all,
within the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board
of Commissioners of the
SectionCity of Salina, Kars as.,
That part of Lot Fourteen(14), Block Seven (7), Pacific Addition to the
City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast Corner of said Lot Fourteen (14), thence west
On the South lot line One Hundred Seventeen (117) feet to the southwest
lot corner of said
thence north on the west lot line thirty (30) feet, thence southeast making an
angle of 45 degrees with the last described lot line 28.3 feet, More or less, to a point
ten (lo) feet north of the south 16t line and twenty (20) feet eastof the west lot line,
thence east parallel with and ten (lo) feet north of the south lot line ninety-seven
