ORDINANCE NUMBER 5845

AN ORDINANCE repealing and amendingcertain portions of Ordinance Number 5824 with regard
to the vacation of certain portions of streets in the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS:
Section
1.
Amendment.
That Section 1, and
Section 30 of Ordinance Number 5824 be
and the same
is
hereby amended
to read as follows,
to -wit:
Section 1: That the north 10 feet and the south 10 feet of Antrim Avenue from
the west boundary of Golden Belt Subdivision, thence west to the east line of Third Street,
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 30: That the north 10 feet and the south 10 feet of Harsh Avenue from
the west boundary of Golden Belt Subdivision extended, thence west to the east line of
Third Street, be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. Repeal. That Section 1 and Section 30 of Ordinance Number 5824 be and
the same are hereby repealed.
Section _3. Thatthis ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
publication in the official city paper.
