Ali ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a certain public alley, subject to reservations,:
within the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the north and south alley in Bristol Addition to the City of
Salina, Saline County, Kansas that is bounded on the west by Lots 1, 3 and 5 and on the
east by Lots 2, 4 and 6, be and it is hereby vacated, Provided however, that the City
hereby reserves the right to authorize or to install, replace, repair and maintain in said
alley sewers, water lines, electric light lines, telephone lines, gas lines, and other

utility lines.
Section 2. That the alley hereby vacated shall revert, subject to the reservation,
I
aforesaid, to the adjoining land as provided by law.
I Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption, publication once in the official city paper.
