AN ORDINANCE creating and defining an additional parking meter zone and regulating the
same.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. 24-2304A. Additional Parking Meter Zone. An additional parking meter
zone is hereby designated and created on the following street in the City of Salina:
On the west side of Eighth Street for a distance of 400 feet from
the south line of Iron Avenue, and on the eastside of Eighth Street
beginning at a point on the south line of that certain east and west
driveway immediately south of Lot 115 on Eighth Street in the Original
Town of Salina, thence south a distance of 190 feet to the south side
of Lot 123 on Eighth Street in the Original Town of Salina.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be deemed to supplement the provisions of Section
24-2304, Revised Ordinances of the City of Salina, 1948.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
