Art ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of certain portions of streets in the City of
Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS of the City of Salina, Kansas:
SECTION 1.. That the North 10 feet and the South 10 feet of Antrim Avenue from the
east city limits of the City of Salina, thence west to the east line of Third Street, be
and the same is hereby vacated.

SECTION 2. That the North 10 feet and the South 10 feet of Antrim Avenue from the
west line of Third Street, thence west to the east line of that certain north and south
alley between Third Street and Fourth Street, be, and it is, hereby vacated.
SECTION 3. That the North 10 feet and the South 10 feet of Antrim Avenue from the
west line of that certain north and south alley between Third Street and Fourth Street,
thence west to the east line of Fourth Street, be, and it is, hereby vacated.
