kIOP�Ii,7ANCE providing that vehicles shall stop before entering certain intersections
and providing for the amendment of Section 24-1006, Revised Ordinances of the City of
Salina, 1948, as amended by Ordinance No. 5546 and 5550, and providing for the repeal
of said Section 24-1006, amended as aforesaid.
BE IT ORDA11,TED by the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 24-1006, Revised Ordinances of the City of Salina, 194Q,
as amended by Ordinance 5546 and 5550, be and it is hereby amended to read as follows:
1124-1006. ADDITIONAL STOPS. No vehicle shall enter any street designated as a
through street, or any other intersection to the entrance to which a stop sign may be
erected by order ofthe Board of Commissioners, without first being brought to a full
and complete stop at the street line of the street which is to be entered, and shall
not proceed until danger of colliding with vehicles lawfully proceeding along any such
street or approaching or going through any such intersection have passed.
Section 2. REPEAT.,. That Section 24-1006, Revised Ordinances of the City of
Salina, 1948, as amended by Ordinance No. 5546 and 5550, be and it is hereby repeal --d.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
