On both sides of Santa Fe Avenito from :Mulberry Street to
Elm Strcet;
On both sides of Seventh `:street fr. on Walnut `street to

On both sides of Iron Avenue from Fifth Street to a
certain north and south public alley, e� tended sou.th,lying

Section 4. PAIEII G LLMITS IN TUTICIPAL PARKING LOT. That no vehicle shall be
parked with -:n municipal parking lot Ivo. 1 or any other municipal parking lot hereafter
acquired or developed if the said vehicle shall be of an over all length in e:ccess of
twenty (20) feet, and that all vehicles parked in a prescribed and indicated. area in any
')f the above parking meter zones ahall be parked so that the right or left front wheel
of the vehicle is resting against the curb.
Section 5. PLNALTY. Any person convicted of a violation of this ordinance shall
be deemed guilty of a public offense and shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine
of not more than Fifty Dollars (;;50.00) for each offense or v1_olation or be imprisoned
for a term of not exceeding fifteen (15) days in the City Jail or in any place provided
by the municipality for the detention of prisoners, or both.
Secti..>n 6. REPEAL. That the originals of Sections 24-2?02, 24-2303 (2) and 24-2304,
Revised Ordinances of the City of Salina, Kansas, 1948, and as amended b and each are
hereby repealed.
Section 7. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
