ORDINANCE NUMBER 98-9880
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
NTRACT FOR FIRE PROTECTION OF PROPERTY OUTSIDE THE CITY LIMITS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for fire protection
the following property located outside the city limits:

James S. Leiker 1797 E. Magnolia Road
1797 E. Magnolia Road
Salina, Kansas 67401
Section 2. Any and all other contracts executed with the City of Salina for fire
on the above mentioned property, are hereby null and void.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption
publication once in the official city newspaper.
