ORDINANCE NUMBER 99-9922
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF ORDINANCE
NUMBER 83-8963 ADDING TO THE LIST OF PERMITTED USES ON TRACT
NUMBER SEVEN (7) OF THE WILBUR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT TO
THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. AMENDMENT. That Section 1 Part 3 of Ordinance Number 83-8963 is
hereby amended to include the following permitted uses on Tract Number Seven (7) of the Wilbur
Planned Development District, said tract being a part of Lot Seven (7), Block Two (2) of the
Georgetown Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas
1. Dry cleaners and laundries.
2. Electronic parts and supplies.
3. Food stores, including bakeries and delicatessens.
4. Office equipment and supplies.
5. Package liquor stores.
6. Pet stores.
7. Restaurants without drive -up window service.
8. Sporting goods stores.
9. Any other similar retail business.
Section 2. That the list of uses permitted on Tracts Number One (1) through Six
(6)of the Wilbur Planned Development District are unchanged by this amendment.
Section -1. That all other provisions of Ordinance Number 83-8963 remain in full
force and effect.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
