ORDINANCE NUMBER 99-9939 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 8526, THE SAME BEING CHAPTER 42 OF THE SALINA CODE, AND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP THEREIN AND THEREBY ADOPTED AND PROVIDING FOR THE REZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY AND PRESCRIBING THE PROPER USES THEREOF. WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map, the rezoning of certain property therein, hereinafter described has been timely complied with, SO NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "R-111, SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT. That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance Number 8526, the same being Chapter 42 of the Salina Code, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned as follows, to -wit: A tract of land located in the East Half (E%Z) of Section Nineteen, Township Fourteen South, Ranke Two West (19-T14S-R2W) of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Saline County, Kansas, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter (SE'/4) of said Section Nineteen (19); thence on an assumed bearing of North Zero degrees, Zero minutes, and Zero seconds East (N.00°00'00"E.) along the West line of the East Half (E'/2) of said Section Nineteen (1 9) a distance of One Hundred Thirty -One and Twenty -Seven Hundredths (131.27) feet to the Point of Beginning of the tract to be described; - Thence continuing North Zero degrees, Zero minutes, and Zero seconds East (N.00°00'00"E.) along said West line a distance of One Thousand Five Hundred Eighty -Eight and Seven Hundredths (1,588.07) feet; - Thence South Forty-three degrees, Nine minutes, and Forty seconds East (S.43 °09'40"E.) a distance of Six Hundred Twenty -Four and Nineteen Hundredths (624.19) feet; - Thence South Eighty -Eight degrees, Twenty -Six minutes, and Fifty - Three seconds West (S.88°26'53"W.) a distance of Sixty -Seven and Zero Hundredths (67.00) feet; - Thence South Twenty-Ei ht degrees, One minute, and Forty -Eight seconds East (S.28°O1'48"E a distance of Four Hundred Forty -Six and Eighty -Seven Hundredths (446.87) feet; - Thence South Thirteen degrees, Seven minutes, and Twenty -Eight seconds East (S.13°07'28"E.) a distance of Seven Hundred Thirty -Five and Forty -Seven Hundredths (735.47) feet; - Thence South Eighty -Eight degrees, Twenty -Five minutes, and Thirty - Eight seconds West (S.88°25'38"W.) a distance of Seven Hundred Thirty -Seven and Twenty -Eight Hundredths (737.28) feet to the Point of Beginning. Said tract of land contains Seventeen and Thirty -Eight Hundredths (17.38) acres more or less. shall become a part of DISTRICT "R-1 ", SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT. Section 2. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL. The use of said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as made and provided for in Ordinance Number 8526, the same being Chapter 42 of the Salina Code with reference to the "R- 1 ", SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT regulations. Section 3. That all prior ordinances in conflict herewith as they relate to the above described real estate are hereby repealed. Section 4.
