ORDINANCE NUMBER 5973

AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a portion of a certain street in the City of
Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Comdssioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That part of Whittredge Street in the City of Salina, Kansas, between
the south boundary of Broadway Boulevard and the north boundary of North Street in the City
of Salina be and it is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That said portion of said street so vacated shall revert to adjacent
property as provided by law.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
