ORDINANCE NUMBER 5971.

AN ORDINANCE prescribing the salaries of certain officers of the City of Salina, and repeal -
Section 1-611 of Ordinance Number 5931•
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. AMENDMENT, That section 1-611 be and is hereby amended to read as follows:
111-611 OFFICERS OF THE CITY COURT
I. Judge of the City Court $400.00
2. Clerk of the City Court $275.00
p 3. Marshall of the City Court $200.00
Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. That the salaries aforesaid be effective from and after
July 1, 1955•
Section 3. .REPEAL. That Section 1-611 of Ordinance Number 5931, be and is hereby
repealed.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force from and after its adoption
and publication once in the official city paper.
