AN ORDINANCE Providing for the amendment of zoning Ordinance 5549 and the Zoning District
Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property within
the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map and the
rezoning of certain lands within, herein after described has been timely complied as a;
and SO NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas;
Section 1. AMENDMENT, DISTRICT "E", GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the Zoning
District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part
of Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described
be 'rezoned
property,as follows, to -wit;
Lots 16 to 28 inclusive in Walkerts
Addition and Lot 10 in Surveyorts Plat "G", to the
City of Salina in Saline County, Kansas from Zone
"B" to Sone "E".
shall become a part of District "E", General Business District. That the use of said
described property sahll be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations
aas made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the General
Business District, as aforesaid.
Section 2. AMENDMENT, DISTRICT "D", LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the Zoning
District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part
of Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described
be r ezoned
propertil as follows, to -wit;
Lotll, Block 13, Pacific Addition
to the City of Salina in Saline County, Kansas
.-.Zone "B" to Zone "D".
shall become a part of District "D", Local Business District. That the use of said
described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations
as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Local Business
District, as aforesaid.
Section. 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force from and after its publica-
tion and adoption once in the official city paper.
