Section 1. That the east and west alley South of Republic Avenue between Quincy

Street and Osborne Street and adjacent to Lots21, 23, 25, 27, 29, 31, 33, 35, 37, 39, on l
Republic Avenue and Lots 22, 24, 262 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40 on Beloit Avenue all in
the Ad4tion to Grounds of sats' Wesleyan University in the City of Salina, Kansast��-ice�t
Sectioh 2. That the,,part hereby vacated shall revert to the adjoining land as

Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force from and after its
publication and adoption once in the official city paper.
