ORDINANCE NUNBER 5950

AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING for the amendment of zoning Ordinance 5549 and the Zoning
District Map therein and therby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property
within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map
and the rezoning of certain lands within, hereinafter described has been timely complied
as a;and SO NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Sectionl. AMENDMENT, DISTRICT "B", SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. That the
Zoning District map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as
a part of Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described
property as follows, to -wit:
The rezoning of Lots 23,25,27, 28, 29,30,31, and 32
and South 40 feet of Lot 26 in Block 6. Bonds
Addition to the City of Salina in Saline County,
Kansas, from Zone "A" to Zone "B".
shall become a part of District "B", Second House Dwelling District. That the use of said
described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as
made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Second Dwelling
House District, as aforesaid.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force from and after its
publication and adoption once in the official city paper.
