AN
ORDINANCE regulating the erection and use of barbed wire fences in the City of Salina,
I and repealing Ordinance No. 18-1136, Revised Ordinances of the City of Salina, Kansas, 1948.
1 BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Corarissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. 18-113N, Barbed Wire in the City Prohibited; Exceptions.
Make any enclosures with or by means of barbed wire except when the sane is installed at a
height of 6 feet 3 inches or more.
Section REPEAL Section 18-1136, Revised Ordinances of the City of Salina,
Kansas, 1948, is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and of-fect from and after its
adoption and paublication once in the official city paper.
