SAN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a part of Cedar Street, within the City of Salina,
'Saline County, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina., Kansas:
Section 1. That part of cedar Street from the West line of the Missouri Pacific
]Railroad right-of-way to the East line of Clark Street, adjacent to Lot 9 in Block 1 and Lot
�1, in Block 3 of Walnut Grove Addition in the City of Salina, Kansas, Saline County, Kansas,

bw and it is hereby vacated.
I Section 2. That the part hereby vacated shall revert to the adjoining land as pro- j
vided by law.
Section 3. That this ordAnance shall be in full force from and after its publication,

land adoption once in the official city paper.
