QBE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:

Section 1. That the acceptance by the City of Salina, Kansas, of the proposal of
'the N.J. Taylor Construction Company, hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor" as sub -
pitted to the Board of Commissioners on December 20, 195+, which is hereby found to be the

lowest and best bid for such work, and the contract awarded by the Board of Commissioners
}of said city to said contractor and signed on behalf of the City by its Mayor on December 27,
