WHICH ESTABLISHED BY -LAWS FOO THE HOUSING
AUI'HCR ITY OF THE CITY OF SALINA. KANSAS
WHEREAS, it is desirable to change the date of Regular
Meetings for the Housing Authority of the City of Salina.
NCM, THEREFæE, be it resolved that ARTICLE ill - MEETINGS
Section 2.
Regular MeetinQs, of Resolution No.2 is hereby amended
to read as follows:
Monthly meetings shall be held without notice at the
regular meeting place of the Authority on the third
Tuesday of each month, unless the same shall be a
legal holiday, in which event said meeting shall be
held on the next succeeding secular day. The time
shall be 4:00 o'clock P.M. unless otherwise specified.
All other provisions of Resolution No.2 shall remain as
originally adopted or subsequestly amenñed.
