Your petitioners would represent that a Sanitary Sewer now extends
in the alley between Seventh and El~~th Streets from Ash Street to about
the South line of Lot 114 Seventh Street. That'it ia nece.sa~ to extend

120-122-124-12,' and 128 Sevtnth Streets to furnish sanitary connecUona

80uth 18 now connectod to the Eighth Street sewer. We would ask that
you cause to be constructed a sewer of at least six inches diamater
back 01' 8ald Iota 116-118-120-122-124-126 and 128 on Seventh Street,
Salina.
