BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:

Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a license agreement with
Union Pacific Railroad to allow the installation of a private storm sewer line in the Fourth Street
public right-of-way, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file the original agreement and retain
according to the City of Salina Records Management Policy.
