ORDINANCE NUMBER 01-10040
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 OF THE SALINA CODE BY
REPEALING SECTION 6-17, PERTAINING TO PERMITS REQUIRED FOR CARNIVALS,
CIRCUSES AND TENT SHOWS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Chapter 6 of the Salina Code is hereby amended by repealing Section
6-17 which shall read as follows:
"Sec. 6-17. Reserved."
Section 2. That the current Section 6-17 is hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption
and publication once in the official city newspaper.
