BE IT O'DAIIM By the Mayor and Councilmen of the city of
Salina,
Sec. 1. That there be and is hereby given and granted unto the Union
Pacific Railway Company, its successors and assigns/the right to construct
maintain and operate in the city of Salina a switch or turnout from a
connection with its Rail. Road on Fourth Street north of.Street over
and across Fourth Street in a northwesterly direct.ion,,.across the alley
between Fourth and Fifth Streets and across Fifth Street, and across
the alley between Fifth Street and Santa Fe Avenue to the east line of
Santa Fe ,Avenue at, or near, the north line of Lot number fifty five
(55) on Santa Fe Avenue in said city of Salina.
Sec. 2'. Said switch shall cross all. of said streets and alleys at
grade designated by the City Engineer of said city of .Salina, and shall
be subject to all reasonable regulations now, or hereafter, adopted by
said city of Salina.
Sec.3�Said'grantee shall provide suitable street and side -walk crossings
over said switch and all. necessary culverts and water ways under the
same to the satisfaction of the City Engineer of said city of Salina.
