ORDINANCE NUMBER 00-9969
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 42 OF THE SALINA CODE BY
AMENDING ARTICLE XIV, SECTION 42-617.1, ADDING ADULT ENTERTAINMENT
BUSINESS TO THE DEFINITION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Chapter 42 of the Salina Code is hereby amended by amending
Article XIV, Section 42-617.1 which shall read as follows:
"Sec. 42-617.1. Adult Oriented Business.
Adult-oriented business means an adult arcade, adult entertainment business,
adult media or merchandise outlet, adult motion picture theater or similar type
of adult oriented business as defined by City Code."
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
