BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a license agreement with
Violence Association of Central Kansas (DVACK) for construction and maintenance of
in the public right-of-way on Walnut Street and Santa Fe Avenue in the Original
ownsite of Salina, Kansas, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
