AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a part of an east and west alley, within the
a City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
t BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Avenue Avenue
Section 1. The east and west public alley between Kirwin/and Claflin/and Pershing
and Ninth Streets, adjacent to Lots 1 and 2, Block 4, Beverly Mnor Addition, and Lots 1 to
22, inclusive, in Block 2 and Lots 6 to 17, inclusive in Block 1 of Pleasant View Addition
in the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, be and it is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the alley hereby vacated shall revert to the adjoining land as
provided by law.
t Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force from and after its adoption
