5913 Zone Banker Addition1 1 1 OEIDM NCE NUMBER 5913 ( Published in the Salina Journal 4 I AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of zoning Ordinance 5549 and the Zoning District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property which is within the city and prescribing the proper uses thereof. WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map and the rezoning of certain lands within, herinafter described has been timely complied as a; and SO NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board. of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. AMENDMENT, DISTRICT "D", LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the Zoning District map of the City of Salina, Kansas, herto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property as follows, to --wit: An irregular plot bounded by Banker Addition on the east, Crawford Avenue on the north, Cherokee Drive on the northwest, and Block 20, Sunset Manor Addition on the southwest, in the city of Salina, Kansas. A triangular plot bounded by Banker Addition to the north, U.S. Highway 81 on the east and Block 8, Sunset Manor Addition on the south, in the city of Salina, Kansas. North 502.2 feet of Block 2, Sunset Manor Addition, in the City of Salina, Kansas. Lot 16, Sunset Manor Addition, North of Blocks 4 & 6, Sunset Manor Addition, Southeast corner of Crawford and Bvoadway, in the City of Salina, Kansas. shall become a part of District "D", Local Business District. That the use of said des- cribed property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Local Business Districtas aforesaid. Section 2. DISTRICT AMENDMENT "B", Second Dwelling House District, That the Zoning District map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following des- cribed property as follows, to -wit: The Rezoning of Lots 10,11,12, and 13 in Block 2, Lots 9 and 10 in Block 4, and Lots 9,10,11,12,13,14,15,17, 18,19, and 20, Block 6, all in Sunset Manor Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas, to District "B" Second Dwelling House District. shall beoome a part of District "B" Second Dwelling District. That the use of skid described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to District "B", Second Dwelling House District, as aforesaid. Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force from and after tis adoptionand publication once in the official city paper.
