AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance 5549 and the Zoning
Diatrict Map therein and thereby adopted and provior the rezoning of certain
property within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map and
the rezoning of certain lands within, hereinafter described has been timely complied
with; and SO NOW, TPiERWORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. AMENDMENT, DISTRICT "B", Second House Dwelling District. That
the Zoning District map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and pub-
lished as a part of Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amendedeso that the
following described property as follows, to -wit:
Lots 19,20,21, and 22, Block 6, Bond's Addition,
all in City of Salina, Kansas.
shall become a part of District "B", Second House Dwelling District. That the use:)of
said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and
limitations as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference
to the Second House Dwelling District, as aforesaid.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force from and after
its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
