WHEREAS, the undersigned. W. II. GARRISON, proposal to replat
and change the frontage of said lots. including acoruals and reTerters
thereto. as WOODS RKPLAT OF BInCK FIVE (5) in BONDS ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF SALINA. SAUNE COUNTY. KANSAS) and
WHEREAS. It is requisite that the Board of Commissioners ot
said city and the Planning and Zoning Commi8lion approve said "Replatlt
and tor .aid City Commission to authorÍJ.e the change of' frontage of .aid
lots and the accruals and reverters thereto, and
WHEREAS. in event of the authorization and approval of the
altered f'rontage and the replatting. it is the intention of' petitioners
and they will each limit the construction of a one-family dwelling and

Commissioners of said oity and the said planning and Zoning Commission
