ORDINANCE NUMBER 6041.
(Published in the Salina Journal , 1956)
AN ORDINANCE providing for the.vacation of a portion of a certain street in the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That a part of Shawnee Avenue from a point One Hundred Ten (110) feet south
of the south line of Lot A),' Block Six (6), Sunset Manor Addition to the City of
Salina, Kansas, thence north to the south line of Crawford Avenue except the north thirty
(30) feet thereof be and it is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That said portion of said street so vacated shall revert to adjacent
property, as provided by law.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
