6036 Zone Lamer's 1st Add1 1 1 1 ORDINANCE NUMBER 6036 Published in The Salina Journal 3 1 6 ( ��.lor��y I 95 ) AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance 5549 and the Zoning District Map', therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof. WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map the rezoning of certain lands within, herein after described has been timely complied as a; and SO NOW uRE, I BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. ANAP, DISTRICT "D", LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance Number 55+9, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned as follows, tojwit: Lots Four (1+), Five (5) and Six (6), Plat One (1) of Lamer's First Subdivision to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, described as follows: A tract commencing at a point where the south line of Cloud Street and the east line of U.S. Highway 81 By - Pass converge, thence east along the south line of Cloud Street a distance of one hundred forty (140) feet, thence south to the east line of U.S. Highwpy 81 By -Pass thence north along the said east line of U.S. Highway 81 By -Pass to the point of beginning from Zone "A" to Zone "D". Shall become a part of District V', Local Business District. That the use of said described' property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Local Business District, as aforesaid. Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force from and after its publication and adoption once in the official city paper.
