ORDINANCE NUMBER 6033

AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a certain portion of a certain public alley
within the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas:
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Five (5) Feet on each side of that north and south alley in Block
Eleven (11), Calkin's Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, be and it is
hereby vacated. j
Section 2. Drat this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption, and publication once in the official city paper.
