ORDINANCE NUMBER 6028

AN ORDINANCE for the vacation of a North and South Alley within the City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. The North and South Alley between Eleventh Street and Twelfth Street
adjacent to the South thirty (30) feet of Lots 9 and 10, and Lots 11 to 20 both inclusive,
Block 2, Pacific Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, be and it is hereby
vacated; provided however, that the City reserves the right to replace, repair and maintain
sewers, water lines, electric light lines, telephone lines, gas lines, and other utility
lines in said alley.
Section 2. That the alley hereby vacated shall revert, subject to the reservations
aforesaid, to the adjoining land as provided by law.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force from and after its adoption
and publication once in the official city paper.
