AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of zoning Ordinance 55+9 and the Zoning District
Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property within
the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map the rezoning
of certain lands within, herein after described has been timely complied as a and SO NOW
THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. AMENDMENT, DISTRICT "C" APARTMENT DISTRICT. That the Zoning District Map
of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance
Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property -be rezoned
as follows, to -wit:
Lots 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, and 11 in Blocks twenty Episcopal
Military Institute Addition to the City of Salina,
Kansas, from Zone "B" to Zone "C"".
Lots 5 through 12 inclusive on Park Street in Wilson's
Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas, from Zone "B"
to Zone "C".
shall become a part of District "C" Apartment District. That the use of said described

property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as made and
provided for in Said Ordinance Number 55+9 with reference to the Apartment District, as
aforesaid.
Section 2. AMENDMENT, DISTRICT "B" Jq SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. That the Zoning
District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of
Ordinance Number 55+9, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property
be rezoned as follows, to -wit:
Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 in Block twelve South Park
Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas, from Zone
"A" to Zone "B".
shall become a part of District "B", Second Dwelling House District. That the use of said de-'
scribed property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as
made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 55+9 with reference to the Second Dwelling
House District, as aforesaid.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force from and after its publication
and adoption once in the official city paper.
