6008 Vacate Alley - Hancock StAN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a portion of that certain north and south alley
between Merrill Street and Hancock Street in the City of Salina, Kansas:
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the North 135 Feet of the alley between Merrill Street and Hancock
Street in the City of Salina, Kansas, be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
