AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance 5549 and the Zoning District Map j
therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property within the City'
and prescribing the proper uses thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map and the rezon-
ing of certain land within, hereinafter described has been timely complied as a; and S0, NOW,
g THEREFORE,'
BE IT ORDAINED BY the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. AMENDMENT, DISTRICT "E", GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the Zoning Dis-
trict Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of
Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property is!
rezoned as follows, to -wit:
That part of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section
Fourteen (14), Township Fourteen (14) South, Range Three (3) West
of the Sixth Principal Meridian, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter
of the Southwest Quarter (NE/4) of (SW/4) of Section Fourteen (14)
running thence North twenty (20) Rods, thence West Forty (40) Rods,'
thence South Twenty (20) Rods, thence East Forty (40) Rods, to the
place of beginning, containing five (5) acres more or less, accord-
ing to the Government Survey, except railroad right-of-way; from
Zone "A" to Zone "E".
Shall become a part of District "E", General Business District., That the um of said described
property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as made and
provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the General Business District,
as aforesaid.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force from and after its publication
and adoption once in the official city paper.
