AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance 5549 and the Zoning Districts
Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the reaoning of certain property within the
City and prescribing the proper uses thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map and the re-
zoning of certain lands within, hereinafter described has been timely complied as a; and SO
q NOW THEREFORE, j
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "F", LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. That the Zoning Dis-
trict Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of
Ordinance Number 55+9, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property
is rezoned as follows:, to -wit:
w The north 125 feet of the south 393 feet of the east 390
feet of that part of Block One (1) in Eisenhower Addition
to the City of Salina, Kansas; and the north 125 feet of
the south 268 feet of the east 390 feet of that part of
Block One (1), in Eisenhower Addition to the City of Salina,
Kansas, from Zone "D" to Zone "F"

shall become a past of District "F", Light Industrial District. That the use of said describ-i

w ed property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as made and
s
provided for in said Ordinance Number 55+9 with reference to the Light Industrial District,
as aforesaid.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force from and after its publication
and adoption once in the official city paper.
