5994 Zone Oakdale AdditionD ORDINANCE NUMBER (Published in the Salina Journal 155) AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of zoning Ordinance 55+9 and the Zoning District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property within the z City and prescribing the proper uses thereof. WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map and the re- zoning of certain lands within, herein after described has been timely complied as a; and i SO NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. AMENDMENT, DISTRICT "C", APARTMENT DISTRICT. That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas hereto , duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance Number, 55+9, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned as follows, to -wit: Lots 7 and 8 in Block Six (6), Oakdale Addition in the City of Salina, Kansas from Zone "B" to Zone "C". shall become a part of District "C" C Apartment District. That the use of said described pro- perty shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as made and pro- vided for in said Ordinance Number 55.9 with reference to the Apartment District, as aforesaid;. Section 2. AMENDMENT, DISTRICT "D", LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance Number 5549, be and itis hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned as follows, to -wit: The North Half (N/2) of the southwest Quarter (SW/4) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Fourteen (14) South, Range Three (3) West, described as follows: Beginning at a point 390 feet north of the south line of said North Half (N/2) and 675 feet west of the east line thereof, thence west 200 feet to the east line of U.S. Highway #81 by-pass, thence north on said east line 400 feet, thence east 200 feet, thence South 400 feet to the place of beginning; from Zone "A" to Zone ?RD" shall become a part of District "D", Local Business District. That the use of said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as made and pro- vided for in said Ordinance Number 55+9 with reference to the Local Business District, as aforesaid. Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force from and after its publication and adoption once in the official city paper.
