AN ORDINANCE relating to the extension of the police power of the City of Salina, Kansas,
over and upon the municipal airport of said City and declaring such airport to be included
as a part of the limits of said City and that all general ordinances of said city shall apply',
to said municipal airport.
WHEREAS, the City of Salina, Kansas, is the owner and operator of a municipal airport; and
i
WHEREAS, such airports are subject to the police power of the city; and
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That it is declared:
(1) That the police power of the City of Salina Kansas, is hereby
estended to include (a) the East Half (E/2j of the Northwest
Quarter (NW/4) (b) The West Half (W/2) of the Northeast Quarter
(NE/4) and (c) The West Half (W/2) of the Southeast Quarter (NE/4)
all in Section Twenty (20), Township Fourteen (14) South, Range
Two (2) West of the 6th. P.M, in Saline County, Kansas, excluding
therefrom, nevertheless, the duly established county roads located
on each the northerly and southerly portions of said lands.

That the lands, aforesaid, less
said exclusion, shall be deemed to
be a
part of the corporate limits of
said city.

That all general ordinances of the City of Salina are hereby declared

applicable to said portions of
