AN ORDINANCE for the vacation of k Alley within the City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:

Section 1. The N64%h and N6Alley between Kirwin Avenue and Claflin Avenue from
the west line of Quincy Vest to the west line of Lot 37 on Kirwin Avenue in the Addition deo
the grounds of Kansas Wesleyan University, City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, be and it
is hereby vacated; provided however that the City reseves the right to construct, repair and
maintain sewers, water lines, electric lines, telephone lines, gas lines and other utility
lines in said alley.
Section 2. That the alley hereby vacated shall revert, subject to the reservations
aforesaid, to the adjoining land as provided by law.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force from and after its adoption
and publication once in the official city paper.
