BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. SIDEWAIK LOCATION. That due to unusual physical facts it is hereby ordered
that all sidewalks here after constructed and installed on the west side of Court Place from
the south line of Republic; thence south westerly along the west line of Court Place 130 feet,
shall be placed so that the inside line of said sidewalks shall be next to back of curb.
Thal all such construction or installation shall be otherwise made and completed as provided
by Section 23-1101 to 23-1110, both inclusive, Revised Ordinances of the City of Salina, Kansas,
1948.
Section 2. Effective Date. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its publication once in the official city paper.
