--- - - - __---- — - ORDINANCE NUMBER coN (Published in the Salina Journal+� 1 7 L] 1 M. U- 1 1956) AN ORDINANCE levying special assessments against certain property to pay the cost of cutting weeds on certain lots and parts of lots, and the parkways abutting thereon in the City of Salina, Kansas. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas; Section 1. That there be and there is hereby levied and assessed against each of the lots and parts of lots hereinafter described a special tax or assessment for the purpose of paying the cost of cutting weeds on said lots and parts of lots and on parkways in front of same or abutting thereon, from August 1, 1955 to August 1, 1956, said weeds having been cut as provided by law pursuant to notice duly published in the official city paper, in the various amounts set forth opposite the following described lots and parts of lots, to -wit: EPISCOPAL MILITARY INSTITUTE ADDITION Lot 7, Block 1 -
